Implementation Overview: 5 Steps to a Successful School Software Launch
Your success is our critical path. We take you through five thoughtful steps that make implementing identiMetrics a cinch for you. We’ve been helping K12 teams implement identiMetrics for over 20 years and have it down pat.
Here’s an overview so you know what to expect.
Step #1: Orientation
Step #1 is Orientation. After you place your order, you’ll receive a welcome email from us along with an Orientation video that gives you an outline of what we need to do together. There are three easy parts to Step #1: Orientation.
- 1. Reading our Welcome Letter & Deployment Overview.
- 2. Watching the Orientation video.
- 3. Downloading and distributing the Communication Materials & Privacy Policy Recommendations.
Step #2: Deployment Planning
Step #2 is Deployment Planning. This is the technical design phase where we customize identiMetrics just for you. All the questions your techs have will be answered. At the end of this meeting, we will deliver your deployment plan. Your Deployment Planning is made up of two parts.
- 1. The Deployment Planning video.
- 2. The LIVE Deployment Planning meeting with one of our Experts.
Step #3: Installation
Step #3 is Installation. Since we already established our Deployment Plan in Step #2, Step 3 is simple – installation. We do all the heavy lifting!
Step #4: Enrollment Training
Step #4 is Enrollment Training. Not only will you be comfortable with how to enroll your students, we share all of our tips and tricks so that you are confident using the identiMetrics software and enrolling students.
We have carefully and thoughtfully put together a series of Enrollment Training videos just for you. Good enrollments lead to successful identification so being trained properly ensures your success!
Step #5: Final System Check
Step #5 is your Final System Check. There are two ways complete Step #5: Final System Check. We want to make sure that your first day using identiMetrics is FLAWLESS!
- 1. Make an appointment with a Biometric Expert to verify that your identiMetrics is working correctly, answer any last minute questions and tweak anything that needs tweaking.
- 2. Do-it-Yourself (DIY) using our checklist to make sure that everything is working properly.
Congratulations! You are now ready to use your identiMetrics Biometric ID Management system!
