How Ray Simplified PowerSchool Tardy Management with AutoTardy

When I was Associate Principal at nearby Southwest High School a couple of years ago, I was racking my brain to figure out an easier, more efficient way to improve our tardy process. Just like here at Northeast High, we had a bare bones staff and everybody was working at 100%.

I knew there had to be a better way!

It gives the exact timestamp written to the student attendance record and automatically generates a hall pass. It works with biometrics AND also barcode scanners and PIN pads. I wanted the simplicity and accuracy of biometrics for my school.

Now, instead of the students coming in late, the secretaries writing late passes and dealing with time-consuming discipline management, the students simply touch the finger scanner and a tardy slip is automatically printed along with the discipline consequences.

This was a real GAME CHANGER for me and my staff.
